About Client Passcodes
Clients are provided passcodes to open "client only" webpages in our web site. Client only web pages begin with the next web page after this one and continues the end of the
"Table of Contents," i.e., the left column on each web page. Passcodes include both a User's name and password. When you click on any web page tab in the Table of Contents that require passcodes a pop-up window will appear for you to type in the passcodes. There are three types of passcodes:
- Subscriber Passcodes: Visitors who subscribe to Dr. Smith's "HealthQuest e-News" newsletter receive a Welcome Letter within 24 hours from subscribing, which includes the subscriber's passcodes. Subscriber web pages begin with the "--Subscriber Webpages--" tab in the Table of Contents and ends with this web page.
- General Client Passcodes: The general client passcodes are provided to all clients 24 hours after the
client's card payment for
their Initial Assessment (Lab Tests, etc.) has deposited into our bank account. This is
routinely within three days after their providing their card information.
- Specialized Programs or Services Passcodes: Fee-based specialized programs or services have their own passcodes for webpages containing educational information, forms and questionnaires that relate to a specific program or service. These passcodes are provided to the client after payment for that special program or service.
Are You A Client and Subscriber?
Therefore, if your general client and subscriber passcodes do not open a
webpage on our website, the webpage is a specialized program or service
web page. If you are interested in this specialized program or
services, please talk to Dr. Smith about adding it to your current
program of care. Otherwise, it will be provided when required and
integrated into your therapeutic or maintenance program at that time.
