STRESS OPINIONNAIRE REQUEST FORM
Field (EMF) Stressors
Electro-Magnetic Field Stressors are non-human electrical fields that adversely affect the human body, such as the electrical exposure from wearing
cell phones, long hours at computers or television, florescent
lighting, working near electrical power plants, etc.
Our homes and
offices are inundated by electrical frequencies from air conditioning,
refrigerators, micro-waves, clocks, radios, television and all other
electrical appliances and machines.
These artificial (made man) electrical currents
interfere with and interrupt the human body's electrical system as it attempts to direct and communicate to/from all biological, biochemistry, and physiological processes of the cells, tissues, organs, glands and systems. This can cause an acceleration in the use of nutrients, resulting in nutrient depletion, and then cause
electro-magnetic field illnesses and diseases.
In addition to assisting our clients in healing
their body from the adverse affects of short- and long-term EMF exposure, we also
coach them on what they need to do to deflect incoming or ongoing EMF exposure, such as cell phone, TV, computer EMF protectors.
Where toxic substance, such as chemical, metals, fumes, glass, chemical or metal substances enter the body through its openings, i.e., ears, nose, eyes, mouth, as well as the pores of the skin. Electrical frequencies do not need a body opening, they pass right through all areas of the body.
Physical and Structural
Physical and Structural Stressors are, for example, a sprain or injury to the muscles and back from hard
physical labor or on the job accidents and injury. Any physical or structural stress requires nutritional support, such as to heal broken bone.
This also includes
supporting the body nutritionally any time there is a need for physical
therapy or chiropractic treatment for a more rapid and complete recovery.
When an area of the body, such as the bones and muscles, are already suffering with vitamin and minerals deficiencies, physical or structural stress can lead to further weakness. This then
increases the risks of and eventually leads to injury and/or
degeneration of the physical structure of the human body.
Matching Dietary Intake to Exercise Output What is frequently overlooked today among athletes and those who regularly exercise, is matching dietary intake to energy output and physical/structural stress. energy and physical stress. Extremes of this is news reports of young athletes who seem fit, but die instantly from a heart attack during a competitive event. What is required is a clinical nutrition analysis of your biochemistry so that a "sports" or "exercise" nutritional supplement and dietary program can be designed to meet the adverse affects of "Physical and Nutritional" Stressors. When changes are made in sport training or exercise routine, a clinical nutrition reassessment is required to adjust program to meet the requirements and counter adverse affects of new Physical and Nutritional Stressors.
Recurrence Vertebrae Subluxations Are a Sign Of Nutrient Deficiencies
It takes only 3-7
chiropractic adjustments to correct a subluxated
vertebrae when the musculo-skeletal system is nutritionally sufficient. The only exception is if subluxation is due to accidental injury.
In case of injury, taking therapeutic supplements to speed recovery and restore nutrient sufficiency will reduce the number of adjustments required to correct subluxations.

What Is A Stressor?
A Stressor is the term used to describe various factors and/or substances that stress the metabolism and internal biological processes of the human mind and body.
Stressors deplete the body of both macro- nutrients (protein, carbohydrates, fats/oils) and micro-nutrients (vitamins, minerals, water), interrupt the neurological and circulatory flow of nerves and blood, respectively, and poison cells, tissue, organs, glands, and body systems.
Below is a list of each Stressor.
Mental, Emotional, Spiritual (MES)
Physical / Structural
Electro-Magnetic Fields (EMF)
Definitions are provided below, except for Physical/Structural and EMF, which are located below the Evaluation Request Form.
Chemical (and Metal) Stressors
Chemicals (and Metals) include exposures to toxic chemicals, metals or some other substances toxic (harmful) to the human body, whether the exposure is lethal instantly or the human is exposed to or ingests the chemicals (or metals) in small amounts for a long period of time,. Over-time, small daily or frequent ingestion of or exposure to has a harmful collective, adverse affect on the human mind and body.
Chemical are found in drugs (over-the-counter and prescribed), in foods (dyes, additives, preservative), on foods (herbicide and pesticide spraying), air, water, metals come through pipes (such water may include copper from copper pipes). Chemicals and metals are found personal care products, hair, skin and body care, such as aluminum in deodorants. Metals used to make jewelry or used in clothing, or inserted as biological implants, such as hip replacement, etc. Copper in female IUD's, a device for birth control, causes excessive copper toxicity.
Nutritional relates to vitamin, minerals, amino acids,
enzymes, proteins, carbohydrates, and other nutrients which are
insufficient, deficient or excesses in the body and, thereby, adversely
affects the chemistry of the human mind and body (biochemistry).
Nutritional and Chemical Stressors also include vitamin and
mineral depletion which results from long - term intake of drugs (over the counter or prescribed medicines), poor diet, taking the wrong vitamin supplements or
from engaging in a repetitive physical activity, such as overactive wrist
movement that depletes the nutrients of the cells and tissue, such as the wrist, leading to Carpal
Emotional and Spiritual (MES) Stressors
MES Stress is when activity, events, attitudes and behaviors occurs and the human mind or body is unable to adapt to the stressor, without being harmed on some MES or physical level. This starts with our relationship with ourselves, our God and others. Self would include one's thoughts and beliefs about one's self, negative self-talk, low self-esteem, etc.
Difficult Relationships, such as abusive (verbal or physical) family interactions to difficult personalities of co-workers, authority figures, or stress from mental activities or the affects on the mind from physical activity, such as one's job duties,
lack or restless sleep and long-term work hours (such as the long
hours of the business person, truck driver, medical professional,
Community Service Occupations, such as policemen, firemen,
ambulance drivers, etc., spike their adrenals with every crisis.. This
up and down of adrenal hormone release, multiple times in a day, over
time adversely affects the entire endocrine function. This then leads
to fatigue - mentally and physically, mood swings, immune dysfunction,
loss of libido and a myriad of other health challenges as health
breakdown process occurs.
Mental, emotional and spiritual stressors in work and home relationship dynamics with verbal abuse, violent or unkind tempers, bad manners, lack of empathy and forgiveness, etc., are also examples of MES stressors.
Additionally, vitamin and mineral deficiencies, affecting brain function and hormone imbalance causing violent or irritable behaviors, depression, mood swings, anxiety, panic attacks, etc., are also mental, emotional and spiritual stressors.
MES Stressors deplete the mind and body of nutrients that then causes more MES Stress. Anything that stresses the mind, emotions or spirit of a person adversely affects the whole body and vice versa.

Subluxated Vertebrae (Continued)
No Amount of Chiropractic Adjustments Will Succeed In Correcting A Subluxated Vertebrae When Musculo-Skeletal System is Nutritionally Deficient.
Nutrient deficient clients in need of chiropractic adjustments are provided specific therapeutic supplements prior to chiropractic treatment.
